The company was established to be the holding company of several companies under its umbrella to merge all expertise and specializations to accomplish our vision of becoming a global leader in facilitating sustainable and innovative financial growth through strategic investments and seamless trade solutions. Our name begins with our first company Aqaba Aquamarine Company that started in 1978 with a touristic and investment line that founded the goal of creating a unique experiences and opportunities and it was focusing on the long term growth through strategic partnerships and sustainable business practices which leads us to open the next company, National tourism investment Company under the trade name (Jordan Tourist Wings), that was purchased in 1995 and the owner of the Hotel My Hotel based in Aqaba this company is specialized in tourism and hotel operations with a goal of maintaining a high service standards, ensure smooth operations, and maximize the tourism profitability. Besides the companies mentioned we buy the third company in 1999 under the name of Desert Company to empowering the previous companies and it is the owner of Golden Tulip Hotel.
Furthermore and to complete our vision In investments we have launched our fourth company in 2000 -Khader Attalla al Qaisi and his partners under the trade name (The Red Sea for tourism investments) - this is a business entity that focuses on investing in the development and growth of tourism related projects and assets that play a key role in fostering regional economic development by bringing in capital and resources to enhance tourism offerings and attract international visitors. Our goal is to generate returns for investors while contributing to the growth of the global travel and tourism industry. This company owns a strategic land location in Aqaba beside the sea which held on it one of projects in Aqaba that includes more than 300 hotel rooms with all its services and consequences and own aquamarine 2 that is under construction. In additional, for the huge projects and to complete our companies’ chain we decided to buy our fourth company in 2004 with a name of Mena Hotel Company as a tourism company to manage and control the tourism cycle. In additional to Khader al Qaisi and his partner company under the trade name (al Qasrain for housing) that was established in 2005 and the owner of world seven wonders Hotel, to strength our chain in investment with its management and expertise.
Along with the aforementioned companies and to complete our vision with the right strategic of tourism and investment and to merge the chain under one vision we have established our holding company (Khader al Qaisi Company). And by all our expert staff and our successive successes and to enlarge our investments and expertise we have decided to add a new line to our strategic plan is to launch a new company called Saraya al Aqaba for manufacturing and trading furniture in 2022 to be the main supplier to our hotels and business and to be one of the local investments serve us and the community around us an additional to Khader Atalla Khaled al Qaisi and his partners Company that was established in 2023 and own one of the biggest projects with 1500 hotel rooms and its facilities that was established as a cycle strategic completion.
Moreover, where the government represented by Aqaba Special tourism Authority offers a tender for constructing and managing one of the biggest project in Aqaba under the name on sea walkway and because of all our ancient and noble experience and successes in different lines and the complete chain strategies in investment and tourism sector we as Khader al Qaisi Company that is under the trade name of (trust bridges for trade and investment) and the national tourism investment under the trade (Jordan tourist wings) have achieved the first place winners for the tender in between the most biggest companies in Jordan. And we have started with the project from 4 years ago and reach an achievement percentage of 65% and we are look forward to the completion of our project in 2025, To become the new icon of Aqaba.
